Britsova Photography retains the copyright to all images created during the photo session. Clients receive edited digital images for personal use, including social media, online casting profiles, personal portfolios, and printing for personal use.

Images may not be sold, edited, transferred to third parties for commercial use, or used in paid advertising without written permission from Britsova Photography.

By booking a session, the client agrees that selected images may be used by Britsova Photography for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes, unless the client requests privacy in writing before or after the session.

For dance and ballet sessions, the client acknowledges that dance poses and movement may involve physical activity, and participation is voluntary. Parents or legal guardians must complete the release form for dancers under 18.
